Sadhana Village strongly feels that development and education especially in rural areas are the key issues in India. Development is the enrichment of the environment in which men and women improve their lot through education. Sadhana Village, therefore, works for the physical and social development and focuses on education as the power for human progress. Education is not merely schooling; it expresses itself in many ways in human endeavors.
Sadhana has been exploring these areas of applied education in life around us; education of children; education of women in their adult life; education of the disabled; education of the school drop outs etc.
